Common process questions

How do I share documents? Do I need to create an account?

No account needed to start. Just message us on WhatsApp and share your documents there. For sensitive PDFs (like Form 16), we provide a secure upload link.

What if my documents are incomplete?

Your CA will let you know exactly what's missing and guide you on how to obtain it. Common missing documents include Form 26AS, AIS, and annual information reports — we'll help you download them.

Do I need to share my ITD portal password?

No. We use an OTP-based authorised representative login for filing. We never ask for or store your password.

What happens if my return is questioned or gets a notice later?

All our plans include post-filing support. If you receive a notice related to a return we filed, we assist with the response at no additional charge (for minor queries). Notice response service covers complex scrutiny cases.

How do I pay?

You pay after the draft return is ready and you've reviewed it — via UPI, net banking, or card. For notice response, 50% upfront and 50% on resolution.
